Write and submit a 2+ page paper (double-spaced using 12-point Times New Roman font) explaining what you have learned in the videos below (briefly summarize 4 videos) and what changes you can/will make in your personal finances that will help you. You should watch at least 4 of the videos and incorporate them in your writing.
Make sure to provide very brief summaries of the videos that were impactful to you but focus your paper on how you can make positive changes to the way you manage your money from what you learn in the videos.
Submit a Word or PDF file. If you use Pages or Google Docs make sure to export to a Word or PDF file before you submit (the system does NOT accept Pages documents and I do not want a link to a Google Doc).

Please complete the following two assignments and submit both as one file on the page using the Turnitin tool (submit button). Each assignment should be about 1.5-2 pages double-spaced using 12-point Times New Roman font. Each section or question should be 1-2 paragraphs long. Paragraphs should have a strong topic sentence and include 4-6 supporting sentences to provide detail.
The whole assignment should be written by you and completely original. If you are copying someone else's work for this assignment I will give you a failing grade for this class and may pursue additional disciplinary measures. It is fine to use occasional quotations as long as you cite your source.
Business Plan
For this assignment you will come up with an idea to start your own small business. You will be writing a mini-business plan and have to think through all the different areas of how you would run your business. Be as realistic as possible and choose something you'll enjoy writing about.
Write at least one paragraph for each of the sections below and include a heading in your paper for each.

This assignment gives you an opportunity to learn about leadership and management from a person who currently holds a management position. Make sure to ask a manager politely ahead of time if you can schedule time to meet with them to ask them questions for an assignment you are doing for your Introduction to Business class. The interview should take no longer than 15-45 minutes. After meeting with them make sure to send them a thank you letter expressing your gratitude for him or her for spending time with you.
The assignment should be 1-2 pages long and you should write 1-2 paragraphs based on each question below. Do not just write out their interview answers but make sure to put everything in your voice and ensure the writing is clear and explains the manager's perspective.
An alternative to this assignment is to interview an entrepreneur and write about how they started up and different aspects of their business.
